Auto repair service near Smock, PA

I found this place on Google while looking for a reputable mechanic to bring my car to, as the last 3 places I had tried had given me incorrect diagnosises and tried to over charge me. Long story short, I will never use another mechanic. If there is one word that describes this place best, it's HONEST. The whole staff, from the tow truck driver to the owner, are kind and helpful. Brought my car in for new break pads and ended up charging me for a list of other repairs, and it started having problems again. He did not provide a receipt for this work, and refuses to finish the work he was paid for.

I took my jeep in to have the engine replaced about 3 weeks ago, they still haven't finished the work. I was told that their "engine guy" was unreliable and shows up when he feels like it. I called today and they told me the same thing they told me last week, it's going to be 2 or 3 more days. They haven't done anything yet but take the old motor out. I'm not a mechanic and I don't know much about cars, but 3 weeks seems a little excessive to take out a motor. I'm stuck with no car and there's nothing I can do! I'm very frustrated with this whole situation. PLEASE DO NOT give these people your business, maybe if people quit going there they'll think about maybe getting a new "motor guy" that actually wants to work.

Horrible customer service, and very rude. Any cars that need repairs are rigged to appear as if they have no problems, until you buy it and a couple days later everything starts going wrong, and they won't help you.
