13 yrs as a saturn tech. most common is the switch then the next most common is the motor.

Sometimes you can take off the door panel and whack the motor with a hammer. If it will not work, you can also try to replace it with one from the local junkyard.

you could also try unpluging the plug from the window motor and spraying some wd-40 in both ends. if that dosent work the cable that raises the window up and down might have come off the track. the fix could be as easy as putting the cable back on track.
