My 1993 Ford f150 sputtered, act like it's out of gas, sound like it want to start but will not start.

if its trying to start and its not try getting a timming gun the timming should be around 12 degrees past top dead center.
if that dosent work, its most likely the fuel system...

If its sputtering and you have full power it's most definitely the fuel system maybe the fuel pump, injector, etc.
