I need a reliable mechanic who will understand that with my disability, and being a senior, I need a little compassionate help with this vehicle. It's a 2000 Dodge Stratus ES with a V6 engine, a sedan. I bought it used in 2005, and it won't turn over now, since my neighbors moved, which makes me suspicious, as my careprovider found that the license year sticker was also slashed up and missing
