They were able to take care of the problem in a matter of minutes. They were very thorough in taking care of my problem when it would have been easy to say that they didn’t have time or that I needed to schedule an appointment. They took the time to make sure that the problem was taken care of and that helping me was important to them. Great to have such great and knowledgeable technicians! Thank You for taking the time to take care of my problem and making me comfortable to know I can go local with Lakeway RV!!!
Today I was having issues with my trailer's electrical system. It was... read more Today I was having issues with my trailer's electrical system. It was cold and the snow was falling. Then I came upon Lakeway RV and simply pulled in to see if they could help me. I walked in and the manager or owner asked if he could help and I told him what was happening. He called one of his service men to talk a look, not in two hours, but now! And they did what was needed and sent me on my way....quick and no pain on the pocketbook. He has replaced an ac unit for me, resealed the top and numerous other things at a very reasonable price. He is the only person I will use while in this area.
