I was charged $500 for absolutely no work for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car but yet they drove my car over the weekend not during office hours and put almost 2000 miles on my car just to tell me I owe $500 for them claiming to put $100 worth of gas in my car which my car will not even hold $100 worth of gas and it shouldn’t take you to put $25.04 times in a car that you had had for six days just to tell me that nothing is wrong with the car total bull**** I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there or taking their car there

I broke down. Called this fella and he was incredibly nice. Told me I could leave my car with him until I figured out what to do with it for free. I called to say I discovered a plan and he said well, then that'll be $25/day for storage since you left it. It'd been a week. I had my dad call to sort things out and he told my dad lies about how he told me I had to get it situated by a certain day in order to charge. It'd only been a few days. He lied to him and to me. Don't trust this company to do your towing unless you have a serious plan by the next day to deal with the car. Even then, he'll probably charge a fee. Don't do it.

Horrible experience. First repair they did was not related to the problem I asked them about and cost me $85. But i was made to believe it was needed. Second repair that was done over 2 weeks later and they had my suv this entire time, was the fule pump. I was quoted the total would be no more $525. All of my conversations are documented and recorded. I get a final call saying my truck is finished and the total is about $850. I asked why my total isn't $610 I was initially quoted and was told she gave the green light to do other repairs not related to my problem without consulting me first. Spark plugs and air filter. Even though she admitted to that she also said they wouldn't remove them or eat the cost but I would incur them. Oh and if I didn't pay what she wanted I wouldn't get my truck. Like a ransom or if I said anything online about this she would call sheriff and say my suv was unfit to be on the road and demand it be towed on a flatbed. Marking someone's bill up % 40 without consulting them first and handling it the way she did was criminal and unprofessional. I'm not one of their friends or family so I will leave an honest and candid review. Dignity, honesty and self respect are worth more than gouging and new customer % 40. Take your business elsewhere.

On November 7, 2021 my son’s truck malfunctioned on I-24 between Monteagle and Kimbel, TN. Through AAA, Monteagle Truck and Tire came to his rescue!! Chris was amazing! Since the time he was called by AAA Chris kept us informed on his ETA. Once on site, he took time to look the truck over to see if there was a simple solution to the problem that could possibly avoid a tow. Ultimately, my son’s truck was towed to a dealership in Chattanooga. At the dealership, Chris continued to go over and above his call of duty making a difficult situation feel more manageable. He helped my son with the appropriate paperwork and helped him remove oversized items from his truck bed and loaded them into the tow truck in case they would not fit into the rental car my son was going to pick up. From there Chris took these items back to Monteagle for my son to pick up. I can honestly say I have never had roadside assistance that delivered such kindness and compassion for other people. Chris arrived well groomed, kind, personable, and patient. He was obviously very knowledgeable about possible problems with the truck but did not try to pressure us with his knowledge or to persuade us to tow the vehicle to one dealership over another. Thank you Chris for everything you did to make a difficult situation more tolerable. Your compassionate nature has impressed and was definitely very much appreciated. Thank you again! These were the NICEST people. I’m a college girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and they were so nice and reassuring. They explained everything to me and even took the time to call my dad and give him the updates since he understood what they were talking about.

I couldn't be happier about my experience with Dent Medics! They were so nice to deal with and did an amazing job making my car look like it was new again. You can't tell there were dents there at all. They also restored my dull headlights and made them look brand new. Highly recommended!

I needed an oil change and figured I needed a tune-up. After looking at my car, my technician suggested he take care of a few minor issues with the vehicle and I agreed. He told what it would cost before doing so, and the cost was very fair. They communicate with you at Tire World so you are able to make smart, cost effective decisions.

Excellent service. Said what they could do then did what the said. My wife liked the fact that they treated her like she knew what she was talking about instead of treating her "like a silly woman". Reasonable shop rates ( comparably- I grew up in the day of 6.00 labor) for the care and skill required.

I wasn't going to give a review but decided to let others know my experience. My car is a 2006 Honda Civic SI with 71,000 miles, Nothing has ever been done to the brakes in the past. I looked on the internet and saw where Budget Brakes had a good price of $89.95 for disk brakes. I took my car in and met with Kody. who is very courteous and professional. Explained that I just started hearing a tinny noise in the front right side and when I applied my brakes it quit. The brakes functioned just fine otherwise. I informed Koty, I just wanted my front brakes checked. An employee test drove my car and put it on the rack. All 4 wheels were taken off and the brake calipers pulled. Kody let me come into the work area and showed me what he thought was needed. Remember I just wanted my front brakes checked. Well after Kody's review, the cost would be in excess of $600. I asked Kody to PUT IT BACK. The mechanic put the calipers back on and wheels were tightened. I thanked Kody for the inspection and no charge and left. Just remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life today at Express Oil Change and Service Center at 5503 Brainerd Road. To start the problem out the wrong part was replaced initially. This caused the car to stale within 1/4th mile from the location. Once it was taken back, the person said "What do you expect me to do. You can pay $50.00 and have it put on the computer to see what is wrong with it." I attempted to discuss the situation with the manager, who responded in the exact same way and refused to try to assist at all. Luckily on my way through the parking lot the mechanic, who actually did the work, stopped me and discussed the situation. He then realized the wrong part was replaced and agreed to correct the problem. The mechanic took me back in and explained the situation and the manager still had attitude. After the car was fixed, I asked the manager why he failed to try to see if something had been done incorrectly before telling me there was nothing he could do. He responded by saying that they had been told to fix the wrong part (although all paperwork shows otherwise) and said it was my fault. I tried to point this out on the paperwork and he wouldn't look and said he was done talking to me. I advised I wasn't done speaking and he turned his head and began working on his computer. Please advise all people you know not to use this business as it is very apparent they are all about the money and do not care about the customer. This is just a summary of the actual interaction and was actually a little more outlandish but I think I made my point.

INCOMPETENT & DISORGANIZED. Take your car to ABRA and you will be doing MORE repairs when they get done. Car was not ready for SEVERAL days because the paint job "didn't turn out right" the first time. Charged for replacing a dented fuel door which they did not do until I pointed it out. Claimed they could "buff it out in just 30 minutes." GET REAL. Finally replaced fule door but the paint job also "didn't turn out right" the first time and they had to re-do it. I showed up on 3 occasions to pick up my car. No one called to say it was not ready. What a bunch of incompetent idiots that do a TERRIBLE job. They put additional scratches on my driver door which "I" now have to try and buff out. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.
