I called them to let them know I was going to bring my car they told me they were open they said it was raining and that they may not stay open I get off work it's 94 degrees and sunny just a few clouds and I come and they're closed after I called and verified that they were open still and he says yes this store is open I would do your car I come I Drive 40 miles to find the store is closed. Tried to reach them over and over again. Even tried another phone number. UNRELIABLE!!

The people who work here actually care (mike & angela) are extremely professional, caring, honest, hard workers. They fought with a big ins. Co. For me, made sure my children& I had a vehicle, & took responsibility to make sure that at the end day I WAS OK -- & that meant the world to me. The work they Did was superb like new maybe better. Not to mention they have lifetime warranty --You know these days everyone is looking just to make a dollar for themselves mike & angela are different they are truly one of a kind.I definitely recommend STERLING to everyone. If your looking for professionalism, honesty, great work & value these are your guys!!
