Second, they told me the reservoir is on back order which is understanding, however, at the time I wanted to pick up my car the flare was missing, the cowl seals were broken unchanged, the fender was not aligned, the license frame along with the license itself were missing. I paid the deductible and picked up the car and then let them know about the issue. My advisor was Covell Crosby he did not respond to a single email from me or insurance, but after one week of ghosting me, I went in person to talk to the manager Jason. I started to let him know about what happened, he said what do you want? talking about it will not fix the issue, he even did not want to listen or at least say an apology for the poor communication. So basically, waste of time and money for you if you choose this office and they are not respectful at all. I found the flare from Toyota of Dallas one day after picking my car up and let them know yet they kept ignoring me.

Being an older car, I was worried about matching the color, I needed not worry, it's a great match and a professional job. I tell my grandkids, "Look at my new car!"
