He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to sway our decision one way or another. He showed us several vehicles that fit the criteria that we were looking for...roomy for family trips but still conventional for everyday travel. I should say our credit isn't bad...but it isn't all that great either! He put us into a beautiful Chevy Tahoe with all the trimmings for a VERY reasonable price and the interest we paid was almost nill. We were treated so well that my husband will be going back for a truck in the next few weeks. I would recommend Lew and Wheels, Inc. for ANYONE looking to find a gently used vehicle for a GREAT price!! ~The Clements
Got a nice vehicle at a decent price, but it wasn't a totally pleasant... read more Got a nice vehicle at a decent price, but it wasn't a totally pleasant experience. We agreed on a price fairly late in the evening and took the van as a loaner to return the next day and sign papers. When we got on the road it turned out that the "DVD" player it came with was actually a VHS player. The TV it was attached to was broken. I spoke with the dealer and at first he agreed to fix it but when I got to the office he said they needed $2,000 more to get the loan through. I said no and the amount they "needed" dropped to $1000. I said no again and it dropped to $500. I handed him the keys and got ready to leave and instead of fixing the player they took time months off the loan. Now we find that the CD player also doesn't work. When my girlfriend called the salesman, he hung up on her. -- Lesson learned: don't let them strong arm you. They'll cave if you don't because they need the sale more than you need that particular vehicle.
