Had a starter fail last day of a conference in Galveston. Needed a quick repair as I was scheduled to leave Galveston that day. Called to make an appt. & they got me in right away. Service was prompt and have no issues with the repair. Repair was more expensive than I had estimated, but typically, parts/ labour are more expensive on the island... Overall, if I had another issue, while in Galveston, I would go there again.

Do not go to this rip off joint. Took my CRV in because brake light was on and did not go off after putting fluid in it. Was charged $650. Two weeks later my brakes started making a noise each time I braked and it sounded like there was air in the line when I braked. Took it back said drum needed changing. Two weeks later same thing occurred again. Took it back again on a Sat. Monday left it at the airport because I was going out of town for 10 days. When I picked it up it started making the noise again when I braked. Went by the shop and was told everyone gone to lunch and had to bring it back that evening. Decided not to waste anymore time. Took it to another shop. They performed the same tasks as brake check was supposed to do however, the noise was gone. Called what was supposed to be corporate office in San Antonio. No response. Filed complaint with BBB. My claim was denied. Went back to the place in Pearland. Was told I would be refunded my money. Would send a check. I ask to have it put back on my credit card since that was how I paid for it. Was told would have to send a check. Check should arrive in 2 weeks. Two weeks no check. Called back to see what happened. No one was available to talk to me about check. Made several other calls...still have not received money back. I rate it and the service given less than 1
