Recently I was called to help with a tire that had gone flat on a pickup. It was after 5:00pm. I had to go to a parts store for a jack because the truck owner had no idea where theirs was. 
On the way back from the parts store, I stopped at Quality Car Care to ask if they could be open to do a repair. It was just before 6:00pm (their closing time), but they offered to remain until I could return with the tire, which they then plugged. 
The next day, which is the reason for the urgency, that vehicle was used for a 700 mile trip, and the tire gave no problems. 
My thanks to Quality Car Care for not watching the clock, but for giving their time and expertise to help when it was truly needed.
