The guy who stated to be the owner quoted me $350.00 over the phone to fix a faulty wire set. I told him that was fine. The next day I called checking on the status of my car he said they were waiting on the parts and they will call me as soon as they were done. Two hours later I get call telling me my car was ready and it will be 782.00 but he put a faulty part on my car however, he ordered another one so I would have to bring it back to fix the following day. When I got to the shop I inquired on what was done today that more than doubled the price of what was quoted on the phone the day before. He tells me that the price of parts were added and the quote he gave me was for labor only. I asked him how did that even make sense? He became very irate threatening to remove the parts off my car and charge me $350.00 only. He also told me he could’ve charged me $1500.00 vice $792.00 (higher price then the 782.00 he said over the phone) he then offered me $775.00 as a discount. After I told him I would pay whatever he came up with but it would not be the last he heard from me he dropped the price to $650.00. Then he magically had the other part that he told me would not be in until Saturday and would take about 20 minutes to fix. So to eliminate me having to come back he put the new part on my car in less than 5 minutes. Then he says he had the part all along he just had his mechanic working on another car and he couldn’t get to it until the next day. This shop see women as a financial gain and over charges them hoping that they aren’t car savvy and tries to rip them off. BEWARE OF THIS CON ARTIST AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR HERE!

Before coming here I had been to multiple places who all around was saying the same problem with my car (A Variable Timing sensor). I walked in this building with 1 problem and came out with 5. My original problem was quoted $500 (part & labor). When an “on the house diagnostics” was done to see if there was anymore issues, I was told I needed to repair an even bigger part (The Actuator) which of course led to more money. They kept my car overnight just to run a diagnostic check on my car. When arriving to pick the car up the next day, the car was driving way worse than before. We made it to the house and the car never started up again. I’m panicking at this point in time because my car was not in that bad of shape to have just stopped running suddenly. Then there was more issues and more parts that came along totaling $1600. LANCE said he would “do us a favor” and make it $1500. I obviously couldn’t pay all of it that day so I asked him what was the most important thing to get fixed. He said the actuator price was originally $1300 but he “knocked it down to $823” for an actuator from the dealership. I repeatedly told him, if this part is not going to fix my car and get it up and running DO NOT install it. I was reassured this part would fix the problem and the other problems weren’t high priority. I told him wasn’t going to pay for a part that didn’t get my car running. Then he did something odd. He text me asking me if my car was “overheating”. I replied to him that it wasn’t and kept wondering why he asked that. (Well I would find out later) Frustrated because I work and have a child, I decided to just go with this shop to get it done as fast as possible. So he towed the car back to his shop for ($95). After another overnight wait, LANCE text me letting me know he put the part in the car but it still wasn’t running. That all compression was lost to my engine, and we may need an overhaul or to purchase an entire new engine. At this point I’m beyond mad. He didn’t even attempt to see what caused my car to stop before putting the part in as he said he would. And this wasn’t a problem until I left that shop. When I asked what would have caused the engine to lose compression... behold! He said “the car overheating”. How would Lance have known the car was going to overheat? Why wasn’t this possibility mentioned BEFORE purchasing the part. So now I’m definitely knowing some sketchy stuff is happening. I called the Chrysler dealerships in San Antonio (4 different dealerships) they all said the price of the actuator was $660 with labor being $145-$200. They told us there’s no way the actuator came up as $1300 on his side and the mechanic was over charging us. Now I’m done talking to LANCE. I want to speak to the owner. His name is Ivan. Ivan calls me and I let him know I will not be paying for that part. He can take it out of my car and I’ll pay for labor ($200) and the towing ($95). He agrees after continuously trying to say it wasn’t their fault. So okay we’ve reached an agreement. Well I get a call from Ivan hours later saying that he will be adding two gasket cost ($25 & $45). Two gasket parts that were never on my original invoice and I was never told anything about. But apparently when changing the actuator you have to change those as well. I wasn’t getting charged for them before but I am now. Which is totaling out to ($367 + $5 for taxes = $372). All for my car not to be fixed and to be in a worse condition then it was before. This was by far the worst experience I had in a shop. All the lies, the fronts, the fake customer service. DONT spend your money here. Don’t be the person who reads this review, and still gets sucked in by the shops page trying to cover it up or comment back on how they did right. Go read the reviews, don’t look on just google. Go to Facebook, yahoo, yelp. You’ll see I’m not the only person this has happened to. And after LANCE asking me not to bash them in reviews, I should have known then he was full of it. This isn’t BASHING, it’s a WARNING. I will be reporting them to the BBB & seeking legal help.
