But, there was a problem and she not only refused to help, she blamed me. I bought a vehicle and drove it just a few miles to my home before it started having problems. I bought it As-Is, but there is a reasonable expectation of value that was not met. When I asked for help, she directed me to her brothers shop, Bexell's Auto Service which is right next door, who she made clear isn't the mechanic she trusts to work on her cars. He did nothing but bad-mouth his sister and tell me I had to pay him to look at the car. Tera told me she paid him already, but their fighting prevented me from getting any help at all from either of them. I had to buy a new transmission, and Bexell's refused to help in any way. The sibling rivalry between the two Bexell's was uncomfortable and made the total experience very frustrating. Not only would I never again buy a Bexell's car, but I won't have a vehicle serviced at a Bexell's station. If there happens to be any other businesses out there named Bexell's, I wont go there, either.

My son, starting out on his own, stationed at Hill AIR FORCE BASE, bought a truck from the Campbell brothers. They "showed" that the truck passed inspection. A 1/2 hour after he bought it, he filled the gas tank and it leaked all over the ground. The next day he took it into inspection and it requires 1500.00 to get it to pass inspection and 3200.00 to get it road ready. They won't give my son the inspection report that they had done TWO DAYS before he bought it. The inspection site shows the truck passing inspection when THEY brought it in, but failing when my son brought it in FIVE days later. How could that be? What is the connection between this dealership (dealers being key word) and the person who "passed" the truck. How many more have been ripped off from these guys. When I talk to them about getting the report, he just yells on the phone. People need to come forward and report.
