I have been going to Steve's Tire & Auto repairs since before 2005 and... read more I have been going to Steve's Tire & Auto repairs since before 2005 and I have always gotten five star experience. They work with my schedule to get my car ready for when I need it and let me make payments according to my pay schedule. They have helped my out with loner tires when I was waiting for mine on order. I get tire repair from leaks, roatations and tire air balance checked when ever I want for free. Juan and Hugo are great in the front to help you to understand any repair needs. I was visiting family in the Tri-Cities, I'm from the west side and we... read more I was visiting family in the Tri-Cities, I'm from the west side and we rarely use air conditioning, when I got there it was over 100 degrees. Luckily one of my family members referred me to West Richland Auto Repair, they got me in and out very fast told me it was some electrical thing, I do not recall what but it was inexpensive and my air conditioner works perfect.
