Type of Repair: read from bottom post up

I wrote this and posted it in parts and you should read the first post at the bottom and proceed UP so you read this in the proper order!! BY the way this is going to the AG of WVand the WV Automobile andTruck Association in a formal complaint before I proceed with lawsuit and I am nbo9tifying the local rdio and Television and News paper which I will write an article in Letter to The editor!!! Type of Repair: deceived lied to defruaded

a diesel motor vehicle they Billed $300 or so for reparing and then Rick Smith proceeded to replace the Batteries and the glo plugs got hot and the motor ran fine!! Also a man who told me they sandblasted his alternator and told him they replaced it when they did no such thing. I HAVE these people and I am looking for more people who have been scammed by Ramey Ford in Beckley, WV. Maybe ramey thinks I cannot trace the starter back to it's original owner.......NUMBERS and VIN will prove I was defrauded also Pep Boys, who has told me there would be PROSTART on my starter which there is NOT, and they will testify that the starter is NOT the one I had them install......Anyone want to join me in a class action Lawsuit?? Type of Repair: deceived lied to and defrauded

The removed Starter WAS NOT IS NOT AND NEVER WAS The ProStart Starter I had LAST INSTALLED at PepBoys! They Switched out my GOOD Starter with a Bad starter ALSO As soon as I drove off the lot less than five miles later I noticed my TEMP GUAGE was IN THE RED and I've NEVER OVER HEATED IN 231K miles!!!!!! I told Rick Smith about this and I proceeded to add a gallon each of water and antifreeze..........two days later AGAIN I had to add two gallons of liquid......one each of antifreeze and water......My vehicle HAS NEVER LOST Fluids and NEVER OVERHEATED until I got it back from Ramey Ford! THE NEXT DAY I had a loud explosion under the hood as a Started the motor!! I had to have the vehicle towed Back to Ricks Service where I was informed that I had blown a spark plug and would need a helicoil and special Plug at minimum.......Rick proceeded to work on the vehicle to find I had leakage of antifreeze around other plugs and would need a complete head job and that it would be more valuable to me to replace the motor..........UNDERSTAND This is a MOTOR I have used for 130 thousand miles to haul Large Heavy Loads with never a problem!! Brakes and Front end parts were replaced as needed WHICH LEADS ME TO THIS>>>>>>>Mike told me and it is in writing That I need Ball joints replaced which I proceeded to tell him BULL LONEE, I had my ball joints replaced less than 5 thousand miles ago!! LIFETIME and I have receipts!!! HOW come they never WROTE UP THAT I NEEDED A STARTER????? I am going to SUE Ramey Ford in Beckely, WV for lost time at work, fraud in Billing and Fraud/deception in repairs, Mental Anguish and Punitive Damages. I have A few people I am contacting who are willing to testify on my behalf and TWO of them have sued and won lawsuits against Ramey Ford one for Changing VIN on wrecked car another for them having claimed to fix a vehicle they never performed any work on, a diesel motor vehicle they Billed $

Type of Repair: DECEIVED LIED TO DEFRAUDED!!!!!!

I have a 2002 E-350 Super Duty Van I METICULOUSLY MAINTAIN! I had a Lifetime PRO START Starter installed to replace my Original Factory Starter while I was in Jacksonville, Florida a few years back. I broke my manifold while traveling BACK EAST from Las Vegas. BTW I have 231,000 PLUS miles on this original Engine!!! OIL Changed every Three thousand miles! Lifetime Parts when replacement is needed. Parts wear out and I understand this......BUT anyhow I also TOLD Mike I needed a Resistor for my blower motor THE ONE LOCATED ON THE FIREWALL!!! I was charged $175 to diagnose this and they tell me I needed a $28 part which they charged me for and installed for another $300!!!! MIKE told me diagnoses cost will be $80 they over charged me $95 UPON Completion of the Manifold Installation ( with a few expected drillings and tap and die usage due to broken bolts, I understand this BUT was NEVER SHOWN AND Proven that I needed ALL of the work they supposedly did ) I COULD NOT START MY VAN and they came out and tried to JUMP it.......after which they told me That the Mechanic FELT something funny with the solenoid>>>>>WHICH WOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY AT PepBoys!!!! However there is no local PepBoys and I NEED my van for work.......so I ask HOW MUCH is a starter which Mike tells me is $350 with NO WARRANTY I proceeded to tell him I have a LIFETIME WARRANTIED STARTER from PepBoys already on it and he released his breaqthe and looked to the side and uttered "OH" He was very disappointed looking..........MY first thought was I am being shafted and I told him I feel that way because my starter never had a problem UNTIL THEN!! SO I Proceeded to BUY a LIFETIME STARTER AGAIN from NAPA>>>and I was referred to another REPUTABLE Beckley Mechanic who removed the Starter and replaced it with the NAPA Starter.
