We bought a car from Cookie, He is funny and a nice guy. We really like the car we got and tell all our friends to go there.

One of his technicians backed into my car, my parked car, with me in it, cracking and stripping paint off my front bumper. The owner, Chuck Spencer, said a local auto body shop would take care of the damage. When I went there I was quoted a price. He wasn't picking up the bill. My car is damaged by one of his employees and paying for repairs is my responsibility? I guess it is, actually, because the damage was less than my deductible, thus not worth pursuing legally. Stay away! Completely self-serving and unprofessional owner. You'd be better served taking your business elsewhere.

I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago from Garzony's and was pleased initially. Recently the brake on the car were making a lot of noise so I took it a friend of the families. He informed me that the brakes and rotors were completely shot and would no way pass an inspection. He also told me there is no way that this could have taken place in the matter of a couple months that I possessed the vehicle. I am appalled that a business would put a customer at risk and compromise ethical standards.
