I offered to send photos of the tag with model number, etc. The person on the phone said she would send me a text to send the photos to. I received a text message telling me a date and a range of time (12-5). First error in the line - she didn't call me back. At first, I hesitated because it was a nearly week later (the following Monday), but within an hour, I accepted the time in response to her text and sent the photos. On Friday, I attempted to reach them by phone, no answer, so I sent a text, no response there either. On Monday morning, I sent another text, no avail. So I called at 9:00am. I received a call back three hours later telling me I was NOT scheduled. Also, I was told that I shouldn't have responded to their text either, although I told them it was to send photos, and she sent ME a text with the date and times of service. During this call, she told me they never checked text, it was for sending photos - WHICH IS WHAT I DID! And, if she didn't check texts, why was my appointment not scheduled and/or canceled? Was it ever scheduled? I don't believe a word of it. If she had me on their schedule it was via a text. I am SO frustrated because my livelihood is client based and I completely shuffled my clients around to accommodate Bob Wallace! There was NO attempt to work me into the schedule. Lessons learned....go somewhere else for SERVICE! Bob Wallace is NOT concerned about keeping YOUR business.
