I purchaced a boat from them. backwoods landing charged me 3% sales tax at time of purchace. when I brought my boat back to west Virginia I had to pay 6% sales tax to get my boat legal. I have tried to get my 3% sales tax back from the state of Alabama or backwoods landing. I did not get my money back. I would never purchace a boat from BACKWOODS LANDING!!!!!! RIPOFF !!!!!! you will never get your money  back!!!!
