Called me on Tuesday with parts list, estimate, and time frame to get it done. Picked up on Saturday, ( one week after drop off), everything was done on time and at the price I was quoted. Also, some of the work done was a recommendation of parts that could fail in the future( I had the option to fix them now or later, no pressure sales talk or work done without asking ). I highly recommend Bill Vance Marine and staff in Cassville Missouri. Very satisfied customer.

It was in good shape and had recently had a new canvas surround installed. I thought I could trust Dean and Bill Vance since Bill had done work on my boat in the past. I made the big mistake of leaving the title with them. The boat sold and I went to pick up my check, which was very low. Like a trusting fool, I didn't ask to see the sales slip. The whole time Dean was giving me the check and explaining she was giggling. I felt this was a cover for the dishonesty. I could see the dishonesty in her face and in her actions. I know I was cheated out of hundreds of dollars, even though I can't prove it. I am an older widow and I was ripe pickings for these two snakes.
