Since ownership change, the docks have grown, and the dock area is improved and beautiful.  HOWEVER, that's the only positive.  New Owners are totally absent whereas the previous owners knew just about all their customers and were helpful, friendly and offered services.  There is nothing but a dinky half empty 'shop'.  No boat/repair service.  Nothing.  We got stuck on the water within view of the dock and called to see if we could get a tow.  The useless teenager that worked the shop reported they didn't have any help.  Luckily, we finally flagged down someone.  Slip rates go up, up, up.  We have decided to take our business back to 101 where a family runs the place.  Not nearly as attractive, but it's got the service you need and expect at a marina.  Cranfield just looks like a money making machine for the owners with nothing special -- or even useful -- to offer.   We visit the area 6-10x/year.
