They will keep your car for 5 ½ weeks take the money from myself and warrantee company and not do the work. I had to tell the “manager” David I would have to report my car stolen if the work that was paid for was not completed and returned to me. I had left them neuromas voicemails with no return calls. I had one of my employees call and leave a message for work and he called him right back. The “manager\ franchisee owner call him right back to schedule work. Once I did receive my vehicle the sway bar was not reconnected they tore the seals on the transmission and told me not to come back. They clearly were trying to rip myself and my warranty company off and not perform the work they were paid to do. My car sat in their shop for five and a half weeks paid for and they chose not to complete the work and made the vehicle unsafe to drive. As a Hospice nurse transportation is vital for Terminally ill patients that I do care for at the end of their life. You need to stay away from this place run don't walk. After having my car back I kept smelling the foul odor of marijuana in the vehicle as I went through my car and found a marijuana pipe and marijuana in the car. Here in Arizona it is still illegal to possess this this could have got myself in a lot of trouble and lost my license due to their drug addicted mechanics / manager / franchisee owner truth be told this place should be shut down for poor business ethics. I spoke to their corporate office come to find out their corporate office has no control over their individual locations. I will be pursuing legal action against this location to help protect myself and the other innocent people that bring their vehicles to them.

I suppose "you get what you pay for" I was well overdue for an oil change, and heading out of town for spring vacation. I couldn't go to my regular shop (not open on Sat) so I ran in here real quick. NEVER NEVER will I ever allow my car to go over on service and feel like I have to be rushed again. What saved me in $ initially, ended us costing me now. Grease Monkey guys didn't put my oil cap back on, I'm driving down the highway halfway thru Phoenix by the time I'm smelling something and get to a circle k to have a look. Now there's oil all over under my hood a huge mess, and I had to locate a part store to buy a new cap. And find a place to wash down the engine and hood!!
