I have been taking my automobiles to Cactus Care for over 15 years. The one thing that I most like and appreciate is the honesty of the owner Jonathan and his technicians. They always tell you exact ally what is wrong with your automobile, and you can believe that is the truth. They stand behind their work. They are respectful, attentive and courteous. This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. Referred to Family Auto Care by CarMax since they were booked throughout the month. Was impressed by the service Nicole and Sean provided. Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional. I came into this shop and ask how much it would be to diagnose and replace the thermostat and water pump - they quoted $57 for the diagnosis and $657 for the work. When my husband dropped the car off they wrote the quote much higher so I called to dispute it and was told this was there standard price. I asked them not to work on the car because I didn't feel comfortable with the sudden price change. When we picked up the car it had been moved and I asked why they said they were about to begin the work when I cancelled. I drove it across the street for a diagnosis at another shop and was told that the Coolant hoses were disconnected and all of the coolant was running out of the car...and the car could not be driven it had to be towed!!! Costing us even more money!!! There were no leaks when the car was dropped off at CME. The thermostat light had come on a few weeks earlier we filled up the coolant, nothing was leaking because the car sat in our drive way for two weeks while we were on vacation....until we could drop it off at the shop. Please beware of these vindictive crooks...

My Mercedes 2003 c240. The whole front end was busted. Conrtol arms, bushings, etc. I took it in, and the work was fantastic! My car came back clean, and running smooth! I'll be back for my shocks and hoses my car needs. I'm super happy with the service! Happy I found someone I can trust, and knows my Mercedes. YAY!
