I use to feel that bear was a honest place to take my car for all my needs and where very transparent and upfront with the best vibes. But now im not getting that i feel im being way over charged for anything other than a oil change and not really being helped as i use to be if i have a question or ask if they can just check something its always a $150 diagnosis fee for anything and kind of just pushed off like jobs done now get out. I really miss the old people that used to work there. Honestly, I don’t see myself ever going back again too bad. I really liked it there Mechanic in the back alex has a real I really don’t care attitude. Customer service upfront is excellent receptionist is awesome. The work they do is great but I feel if I’m paying $600 for a $300 job is overly priced especially in this economy.

  • Well last time I got my car fixed from you guys in December on the 1st... read more Well last time I got my car fixed from you guys in December on the 1st I was experiencing the same problems when I just brought my car in on Monday and now u guys telling me it was something else wrong with my car when I was experiencing the same problems when I brought it in Monday so it's like I got my car serviced for nothing because my warranty is not covering the same problems I'm experiencing ….. Literally brought it in for the same problems and it's like once I said will my warranty cover my car this time because I'm having the same problems and you guys told me that is something else so I feel like back in December you guys didn't check my car the right way if I'm bringing it in for the same problems now you guys telling me it was something else which I don't believe ….. I literally explained to James I'm having the same problems from when I brought my car in back in December and he basically told me it was something different which I don't get like if I have a warranty and experiencing the same problems
