And they gave me a price that was triple. The price allow me to keep the car there for a week after paying the bill and then told me I need to pick my car app that day even though I had the money to fix it. You guys were horrible and give me time to fix it.

From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.
First time customer. Called around for quotes on service B for Mercede... read more First time customer. Called around for quotes on service B for Mercedes. When I called Star, they told me that they want to look at first because they won't charge for parts I don't need. Was a little wary without a quote. They ran car diagnostic and texted to my phone before confirming the quote. And much cheaper than other places I called. They also gave me a loaner and even washed my car.
