We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!

I created an account just to write a review for this shop. The owner, ... read more I created an account just to write a review for this shop. The owner, Israel, is a scam artist. I brought my car in for an estimate after a decent fender bender, the estimate was ridiculously over-priced so I called him to let him know that I would be taking it to another shop for another estimate and that I would compare the two to pick the better option for me. Reasonable request, right? When I got to the shop, the entire front of the car had been disassembled WITHOUT my permission and he refused to reassemble or release the car unless we paid him $262 in cash. $25 for the estimate, $105 for holding the car overnight, and $132 to reassemble the car so I could take it to the other mechanic. Did I mention, that he changed those prices multiple times throughout the conversation? This man is not to be trusted and is now currently dealing wit the Bureau of Automotive Repair as a result of his actions at no fault but his own. If you want to find an incredible mechanic, go to Lotsi at International Auto Specialists, its just down the street. My family has used his shop for 15 years and he treats his customers, literally, like family.
