Came on Thursday for a routine oil change, staff didn’t really care, t... read more Came on Thursday for a routine oil change, staff didn’t really care, there just there to get you in and out as fast as possible. A couple days later I took a trip out to the desert. On the way back at 3am I had notice that my car was smoking while I was on the freeway. My oil light came on and I manage to make it off at the next exit. I stopped at the nearest gas station and all of my oil was draining out of my car. Had to wait for a tow for a couple hours, the next day I took it to another mechanic to which they informed me that the oil pan bolt had fallen off. I was so appalled, because I have been coming to this place for years. Regardless of living 40 mins away I always made the trip. Due to the mechanics carelessness they put my life in danger. Spoke to Alex as soon as I got the update and he could literally care less. His tone over the phone was so nonchalant saying anything to end the conversation. I will never be coming here again, and I hope you take better care of you future clientele and don’t do them dirty like you did me.

I use to feel that bear was a honest place to take my car for all my needs and where very transparent and upfront with the best vibes. But now im not getting that i feel im being way over charged for anything other than a oil change and not really being helped as i use to be if i have a question or ask if they can just check something its always a $150 diagnosis fee for anything and kind of just pushed off like jobs done now get out. I really miss the old people that used to work there. Honestly, I don’t see myself ever going back again too bad. I really liked it there Mechanic in the back alex has a real I really don’t care attitude. Customer service upfront is excellent receptionist is awesome. The work they do is great but I feel if I’m paying $600 for a $300 job is overly priced especially in this economy.
I feel like I got my car fixed for nothing because I'm having the same... read more I feel like I got my car fixed for nothing because I'm having the same problems and I explained that when I brought it in on Monday And this was the same problem and reason I brought it in back in December so it's like what do I got a warranty for I have a warranty for the same thing I was experiencing in December and told you guys I'm bringing it in for the same problems I'm noticing and I feel like you guys want me to pay instead of letting me use my warranty for the same problems I'm having now
