They've tackled a wide variety of auto issues on our Corvette, Pontiac Grand Prix, Chevy Astro Van and my Sister-in-Law's Dodge Neon. In the Front Office there's Michael. What a PROFESSIONAL and CARING Office Manager. In addition, he's very KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE and knows how to treat a Customer right. He explains things thoroughly and in simple terms making it easy to understand your quote, repairs, etc. We've had a complete AAA bumper-to-bumper diagnostic analysis done on our vehicles. We took the laundry lists to Reliable Auto Repair to have them perform the actual repairs. After their review and inspection of AAA's reported problems, we were told by Reliable that some of the reported problems were unnecessary. As we trusted their judgement, expertise and workmanship, we went with their recommendations. As a result, this saved us hundreds of dollars! In my book, this is how trustworthiness is achieved ... it's earned! Reliable Auto has earned my trust. I know their honest. Their services are reasonable. Their mechanics are knowledgeable on a wide array of problems on a wide array of brands. Michael, the Office Manager is AWESOME! I trust the quality of their work. Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

Great service from Alan and his crew! We just bought a 3-year old Prius for my son and GIC did a thorough evaluation of the car. Hi ! I come to this dealer I talk to TONY Tran, he said "change oil + filter" for my car HONDA CIVIC HYBRID 2013 around $90 + tax, and air cabin filter $98. I don't change, then go home, after that call back talk to the other guy, he said "change oil + filter" for my car HONDA CIVIC HYBRID 2013 around $50 + tax. Why big different price ????? And I ask the cabin filter in the shop auto part behind the dealer just $22, why he said part + labor = $98 + tax ??? MINH NGUYEN

I had to contact this business after purchasing a used vehicle from somebody who had signed an extended warranty with Motors Group International. The employee was rude from the time he answered the phone by saying only "hello". After trying to explain my situation to the employee and him not listening and beginning to argue with me, ultimately leading me to be impatient with the employee, I was ultimately hung up on over 6 times and called derogatory names for a woman. He even told me that I did not know who I was messing with, he had connections. After finally getting thru to the owner, I was told that the employee was used to dealing with "high end customers". The absolute worst company ever! I only gave them one star because this site forced me to.

These people are a joke!! Straight up thieves. Do not go here.

I bought my first vehicle on March 30, 2013 from M. Auto Center West for my 20th birthday and after 3 days the engine light went on. I had it towed back to M Auto West. I then called them and brought it back several times. Not only was I not given a receipt for any work being done, nothing was fixed. I then had a reputable mechanic check it. It was found to need a new radiator, fan clutch, head light, license plate light, tune up, oil change, several hoses,etc. $950.00 worth of work. It was a unsafe car. They denied that I brought the car back in 3 days in which I have a receipt from my towing company. They also claimed that I didn't contact them until 3 1/2 months after purchase, which is untrue. A complaint was made to Better Business Bureau and California Department of Motor Vehicles until this matter is resolved.
