Friendly, fast, even though they were very busy, efficient, super kind, nice to be treated well for this old Senior Citizen Single Woman, prices great! Best experience I have ever had anywhere and I myself am a retired Government Employee. Way to go Owner Steve!! Their customer service and mechanical expertise is the best! If there is anything out of the ordinary they always take the time to explain the situation and let me know what should be done to repair it. I wouldn't take my Honda Element anywhere else.
