Failure to render paid for service in the amount of $1850.00 up to date April 19, 2017 incomplete work. Numerous of UNACCEPTABLE business practices as follows: Unkept SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (repeatedly) to date - utterly a total waste of wait time to conduct the paid service. Waiting for his no-show to do the job. Deception over and over causing delays in executing said paid service. Excessive run-around excuses. The said Medina's Auto Glass Repair had been informed via Email and correspondence on April 17, 2017 - advising Antonio (Medina) as to his intention in getting the job done and it is IMPERATIVE that he get the job done. Was given a week's time to response. Failure to do so, the said issues will be investigated/litigated. Medina's Auto Glass Repair had been a living nightmare from the start, to date. Rehiring will be the outcome of being deceived of such service. Will NEVER, EVER rehire.

They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!
