My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Went back to ATD saw alex and Tony, They got me in and out for another full synthetic oil change. Took care of my car and got me back on my way. Love this place. These guys the staff and the mechanic on duty are awesome. Aaron Doolittle

Clean, fast, best price in town.

Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! Do not use debit/visa/credit cards here. My card information was compromised here and they are the richer for it as they used it over 3 days and took out the max. Better yet, do not go here, drive on down the street a bit farther and go to where they are honest, if a touch more expensive. The employees will hang up on you if you call to talk to the owner without even knowing why you are calling. It's amazing they are still in business with how they are with customers and their scandalous business practices. Warn your friends to be cautious at all gas stations, especially this one, as I never thought to google them until it was too late!

Decided to give this repair shop a chance since it's close to my house. The facility was clean and the manager Jonathan was very courteous. Oil change was done in reasonable time and price was great since I was able to use coupon. Jonathan was patient enough to answer any dumb questions I had after the service. Great shop!
