Roman was recommended to me and the first time I took my car in he earned my trust. What I thought was going to be a very expensive trip to the mechanics turned out to be minor and inexpensive. Roman took the time to communicate thoroughly with me and was cautious with my time and money. I really appreciate Exclusive Motors. They are a company based on integrity! Cindy
I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple yea... read more I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple years ago. Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.
