Emissions testing service near Redlands, CA

Took my car there to have smogged today...they failed me and told me that I would have to pay $175.00 to have my vehicle repaired to get it to pass...I said no and went to another station where my car passed smog no problem.. Never again!!!

Today 8/8/2015 I took my truck to SmogZone at 12365 it was about 3:45PM, they closed at 4:00PM. I was greeted by John Yang who speaks limited English. In short he ran a SMOG Test on my truck, he never brought it into the bay to run any RPM tests. At 4PM he tells me "Oh your truck didn't pass." On the form he points to Smoke Check. He said "I do not know what that is, you must go to a SMOG Certification to have it checked, I'll charge you $35 to retest in 30 days." I was so upset, the truck has 36,000 miles, not a hint of smoke. I came home and looked up Smoke Check and found he is the one who enters Smoke Check. I plan to dispute the $49.75 he charged me. I should have known based on their previous bad reviews not to go there.

DO NOT come here. The guy failed to recognize my engine as counter clockwise, and also was clocking the wrong mark on the timing belt which failed me. I went to another smog station my mechanic referred me to and passed. They are now refusing me my money back for THEIR error. DO NOT come here.
