Patrick was fantastic. He found the issue and did a full inspection. He saved me money by recommending some needed additional maintenance needed in the same part of the engine. I appreciate that this was recommended, but not pushed. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. He also found an issue with my tire that I didn't even notice. I was probably a few miles from a blow out. Repairs were quick and fair in price. My car was washed and cleaned upon picking it up which speaks volumes about their care for their customers. Chadd and his team are awesome he even help out when the tow truck guy... read more Chadd and his team are awesome he even help out when the tow truck guy tried to hose us for 3 x the price quoted he stepped in and said it is not right and it's not our problem that there people miss quoted us. Personally these guys are 100% solid good people who actual care about there customers and value there business if you own a BMW come see Chadd and his crew they are the real deal and know BMW'S like the back of there hand and won't pull and bait and switch tactic like the tow truck company good honest people end of discussion. -John Dambrell
