I went to 3 shops before Wrights diagnosed my car and repaired it right. None of the others were even close to the correct diagnosis. Very professional. Normal shop prices, but quality far above many I have used.

They've always been honest and upfront about costs and recommending the best options, even if they don't make the most money from it.

I had an old car that needed repairs, and the repairs cost more than the car was worth. I never felt any pressure to go for it, which I didn't. In fact, they recommended I didn't, because it made no economic sense to me.

Apart from that tale, they've always been straightforward about what it is that they're doing, and they have always been friendly and professional about it.

All and all, I emphatically recommend this business.

We have been going to Wrights for over 18 years.  We would not take our cars anywhere else.  They are responsible, ethical, and know how to fix cars.  I trust them implicitly.  Too bad there aren't a lot of other garages like Wrights.
