The manager Amit was very helpful. He actually showed me how bad my brakes were while the car was on a lift. I knew they were bad but to actually see it with my own eyes made a difference. He had my pads replaced and saved my brake disc by resurfacing them. 

In the end....

I was in and out within an hour.
I saved over $250 for
