I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.

Expertise, and honesty mixed with courtesy and friendliness. The whole crew are amazing, such a wonderful bunch of guys. I have already given your name and number to 2 friends, and told them of my most excellent visit for a repair. Thank you all for your kindness this morning, car trouble 1st thing in he morning is terrible, you guys turned around my day so fast taking me without an appointment, even though ya'll were clearly very busy. I took my car here for a complete engine rebuild, (already weary that I was using someone new to completely redo my engine) however, Thomas had good reviews from friends of mine. When I went I knew I was in good hands. He even made some minor repairs at no additional cost & now my car runs good as new. She has over 250,000 miles on it, but drives like brand new.
