We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

We recently discovered Mike Bradley's Automotive thru their new owner, Tim Bohle. Our daughter’s car broke down and Tim was accommodating and assisted us with all our needs even thru our busy schedule. They were upfront with all the costs and even let us know what needed to be done now and what could wait. It’s hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and reliable and we feel like Mike Bradley’s has reached that expectation.

I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

Save yourself the time shopping estimates and go here! They are SO nice and do a great job! Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

As a new resident to LA, West Coast Tire was very helpful in fixing my tire that was under road hazard warranty from another shop out of state. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.
