He choose the one for the customer’s best pricing ! The dealer low balled Me & He took a 8 hour job to four hours . The factory set the HVAC actuators to the wrong pressure ! Tim re-set the actuators In The Body Control Module (BCM) after he was done . We now have heater & A/C back again .Tim is a Get Her Done kinda GREAT mechanic! Thank you so much ! I'm a single mom with one car so it was super important to have my problem solved and I've always been wary of being tricked into spending more money than necessary. Eric saved the day for me! He could have told me that I needed more work done, and I would have believed him. However he was patient, honest, on time and fair! He came to me (I didn't want to call a tow truck) and was exactly on time. If I ever have a car issue, this will be my go-to place. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Very very highly recommended!
