This shop came highly recommended from a close family friend! OMG the work was so bad! We did the tires on my sons first car and it was his first purchase for his new to him car!!! He decided to buy 4 new tires with an alignment! We made sure to align it because it was lowered and we wanted to make sure the tire wear was even! He happened to have a blow out last night! His tires are roughly a year and a half old or so at this point! He has put 8k miles on the tires in that time!!! When he changed his tire he asked me about the tire saying inside but on the outside of the tire! I looked at it when he got home and sure enough all 4 of his tires were installed backwards and have been spinning against the designed direction. This alone can cause the tires to peel off throwing the tread off of the wheel! When he took his car to A Plus today they refused to replace the warranty tires saying because the car is lowered they won’t warranty them, even if they installed them and aligned it while it was lowered! They told me he wasn’t rotating them and we have 2 times already he only has 8k on the tires!!! I brought it to their attention about them being installed backwards and they ignored me completely! Please stay away from this shop I am a shop owner, I would never ignore the safety of my customers or their families! As a shop owner it is my Pet peeve to knowingly screw someone over especially a young adult that doesn’t know any better! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Please don’t trust them this could have killed my son and to be ignored about it!

We had new tires and two alignments done and less then 6 months later the tire was half bald which obviously indicates the alignment was not done properly. As soon as my husband begin to question and ask about next steps we were immediately told to read our contract and we were basically "dumb" for thinking that should be pointed out. The manager said come back later and I'll do the rotation although you didn't read the contract over and over in an extremely patronizing manner. I have an 08 ml350 in good condition so if the work had been done right we would not need new tires less then 6 months later. More then that this gentleman is basically "yelling" at my husband as if he is not intelligent. My husband is an accountant of high intellect I then informed him not to contract me because we own a business and are aware of how contracts works. At the end of the day we do what is right for the customer not in a manner that demeans or patronized them. He begin to yell louder mock me say " I'm not dealing with you I assume because he did not want to be corrected by a women. This man was extremely unprofessional condescending. Funny thing is when the caucasian women went to get her car he placed her keys in her hands warmly and said have a beautiful holiday. But I did not even get a how are you today. Being in management for 17 years I have never personally experienced reverse racism. Guess there is a first time for everything. Please stay away from this place. If you can't please read your contract and you will be better served if your non black. Good luck and choose wisely.

I had always stuck with Honda servicing on a regular basis. Unfortunately it seemed to become a chore, with impersonal interest, raising prices, and some questionable recommendations for work to be done. My son is a master mechanic but does not live close by. I let him know what was going on and he found me the Perris Auto Repair Center. I cannot be happier with them, the brothers are all so welcoming and yet feel very professional. The dread of getting my car taken care of has disappeared, it is much closer to me, and my car is happier too. She has her zip back. Bardy A Neuvo, CA
