When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

But the best was getting my car back, it was perfect just like the day I got it. Laura, the manager explained everything to me in a way that i understood exactly what she was saying, no talking down to me just facts. These guys are the best!

I have never had so much fun and clicked with a Car Salesman before. Before we knew it we were off in our new Mazda. Even if you dont buy there, just go for Al's humor alone.
