This was by far the worst display of customer service that i have ever experienced in my entire life! When i asked him why he could not return the product,he yelled at me and told me to leave the store and not to come back while waving and pointing his finger at me.I was a frequent shopper at this gas station, and went there at least 3 times a week,i will no longer visit this location ever again because of the way i was treated by this man.It would be one thing if he was just a worker, but for a manager to act this way,and yell at a customer(with other customers in line, and in the store)is just foul!! i will be sure to stop right next door at the Citgo where they treat their customers with respect and decency, and Hess has lost a valuable, loyal customer, along with friends that frequently visited this location as well, and no longer will because of this un necessary sour, poor excuse of customer service !
