They won't follow up with the dealer until I call and ask them how it's going. I've learned from my experience set from now on. I will get a rent a car because it takes a long time to do anything Especially when you're waiting for parts from the dealership

I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
