I just hired Regal Glass to replace a glass window that was broken out... read more I just hired Regal Glass to replace a glass window that was broken out of my child care center on 6/26/18. They were not the first company I called but they were willing to come the same day, which was important to me because I have children who could potentially be hurt with a cracked window. After reading the 1 star review, it did not bother me that the person misunderstood the pricing. I was sure to ask on the phone what the exact cost would be and if there were to be added costs, what type of problem would there be to make the cost go up? The person, Nelly, was very professional and honest. The workers showed up just as promised. They were not able to replace the window that day because the tech said we had a tinted glass and his glass was not tinted. He was still willing to do the job, but i wanted it to match my other windows. So i had to sign a contact since it was a tinted glass that had to be cut to my size, and they came back the very next morning and replaced the window with the exact same tinted glass. I was very happy! Thank you Regal for being so prompt! KID CITY USA :)
It’s best to say it’s better to go somewhere else went in for just a s... read more It’s best to say it’s better to go somewhere else went in for just a sub they blew another speaker in the vehicle then told me it came in like that. Then wanted to charge me to fix it. Then offered to fix it for free and put a pos cheap speaker in from another car. Save your time and money and get better service somewhere else. Never even offered to replace the speaker with the original brand that they broke. They could have handled this situation better but it became a yelling match in the back of there shop they just deceid to say the vehicle came in like that. They did very little to make sure we the customers left happy we left feeling we got the crap end of the stick. They will screw up something you work hard for and work hard to maintain and keep nice. They will use old parts/speakers to fix what they break. They put a Chrysler speaker in my Hyundai after they messed it up and they repeatedly told me they if I blast my system because my radio is so powerful it will blow my speakers but then they called me to the back to show me their work they had it on full blast witch evidently blew my speaker. They denied it but they knew what they did wrong and they wanted to do little to fix it. They wanted to charge me for a speaker they removed from another car to put it in mine that is not even close to my factory system I have. Thank you for ruining my car. I baby this car and I treat it right and u guys have messed it up.

Thy do mirrors, table tops, window repairs, board ups, custom shower doors, beveled glass, Plexiglas, screens, that kind of stuff.
