Mack's Auto-Tech Inc. to the rescue. This place is OUTSTANDING!!! The staff are on a higher level! The first impression was family,friends and just all around helpful! I had some issues needing resolved and these amazing people went above AND beyond. . . way beyond!!! The service was quick and precise. The staff was more than helpful in explaining what repairs I needed and why I needed them. Diane, at the front desk and Ashton, the shop manger were so warm and inviting. It felt amazing to feel safe in giving my business to such a truly personal team of individuals. Mack's Auto-Tech takes care of their customers on a very personal level and it was far beyond the, "take a number and get in line" vibe that I'd experienced at other repair shops.
