When I indicated the front desk associate the reason for my visit, she immediately spoke with her superior and asked a technician (who had not yet gone to lunch - it was,in fact,lunch time), to come out and look at the misaligned front bumper of my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350. Without any delay, he brought out the necessary tools and immediately loosened and realigned the bumper. I was impressed with the professionalism of the Staff, and the thorough knowledge and skill of the technician. If there were a higher than 5-star rating for this enterprise, I would not hesitate to select it. Very highly recommended and thoroughly satisfied with the service. Thank you!

I went to SNG Collisions because I got into a car accident and I was l... read more I went to SNG Collisions because I got into a car accident and I was looking for a mom and pop shop. I was recommended to SNG by a friend and decided I would give it a try over the usual corporate locations (who always overcharge me). By far, this is the best customer service I've received. The man who owns the shop was extremely helpful and you can tell he was a true family man. Him and his son own the shop and go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. I was so thankful I found them to fix my car, give it a whole paint job and not over-charge me for the services. It was such a relief to deal with family like men who don't need corporate training to do their job. I will definitely come back for a detail/car wash. Also, they sell used cars.
