I have been purchasing gas from this location for over 10 years. Today... read more I have been purchasing gas from this location for over 10 years. Today at approximately 10:30 a.m. I went to get gasoline and use the automatic carwash. I paid for my gas outside at the pump and also thought I purchased the "Works" carwash however; it did not indicate the sale on my receipt. The gas pump stated "see Cashier". I currently have a broken foot with a cast up to my knee and I had my 7 pound Maltese Dog with me in my car and did not want anyone to break a window and take her so I brought her in with me. I hobbled into the Cashier (black/female) with my Maltese on my arm and she yelled "You need to get that dog out of here" in front of all the other customers!!!! I told her I just wanted to get the receipt for my carwash. She said just go around and put your debitcard in the carwash scanner and just purchase your wash from there. She didn't even offer to correct the problem at all. I hobbled back to my car...drove around to the carwash and of course the scanner was not working to purchase a carwash. I am a A.V.P., Sales and Service Manager at a large Commercial Bank in South Florida and if any of my staff talked to clients like the Cashier spoke to me they definitely would not have a job!!! She was sooooo unprofessional and rude!!!! I will NEVER get my gas from this gas station in the future and will be sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors about this incident....:(
i need to find out why Nora and employee there swiped my visa card wit... read more i need to find out why Nora and employee there swiped my visa card with a $100 balance and stated that i only had $25 to use at this time. My card is still reflecting a $o balance. There is something wrong with this transaction. tran seq no: 5223714 i would like my $75 put back on the card asap i s/w Nora her exact words were IT'S NOT MY FAULT.
