My Review, I spent $20,000 with these people less than a year ago. Everything they touched has fallen apart and I am having to redo everything they did and I mean everything they did! Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! Mark has been taking care of my 2006 Acura MDX for about 6 years and has done a fabulous job. He is very thorough, honest, and charges a fair price. The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap.
