I've taken my car to Rachel's for repairs twice now. They do a superb ... read more I've taken my car to Rachel's for repairs twice now. They do a superb job at repairing damages. However, I've come to discover that they left a mess behind on the inside of my vehicle. When I picked my car up from the shop, I found several smudges of what appeared to be oil or some other kind of thick, sticky fluid left behind on my driver door panel. I also noticed a tiny piece from my gear console had not been put back into place. The big issue is that the day I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that my phone mount had been removed from it's position on my windshield, and was missing altogether. I called and spoke to the front office and was told that I'd be contacted back. A handful of hours later, they took no responsibility for the missing item based on pictures of the car taken before repairs and word of mouth from the person in charge of repairs. Nothing else to it. Make sure you remove all personal items from your vehicle before having it serviced at Rachel's.

My experience was terrible and that is an understatement. The customer... read more My experience was terrible and that is an understatement. The customer service was horrible. I had set up an appointment to have my car fixed a week in advance. They called me the morning of to say that something hadn't been approved through the insurance and that someone would follow up with me later that day. I never heard from anyone. Called the next day, was given a different story that some of the parts were backordered and they were trying to find used parts. I stated I did not want used parts as my car is a 2014. They responded that they weren't sure when they would be able to obtain the parts. And never heard from anyone again. I can see they didn't want my business and that's fine. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it perfectly WITH NEW PARTS THAT WERE NOT BACKORDERED ACCORDING TO THE DEALER.
