Mike, the owner, is not only a man of his word but also goes the extra mile. After doing extensive labor, Mike determined I needed a new fuel pump. I wasn't prepared for such an expensive repair and was in the middle of moving, so I paid for the labor but declined to get it fixed that day, also wondering if I should sell the car. Mike said that if/when I was ready to get the new pump, he'd replace the fuel pump without charging labor. Months later, I decided it would be cheaper to pay for a new fuel pump than buy another car. Mike stood by his offer and he put in a new pump. Plus, he drove it home just to make sure there were no signs of gas leaks etc. I'm so glad I decided to get it fixed--the car is super peppy and drives like a brand new car! In fact, it has never driven this well in all the time I've had it. He is an excellent mechanic, ethical, and trustworthy. Thanks Mike!

The folks at Nott's automotive are as honest, reliable, friendly and professional as they come. I brought my 2006 Expedition in for an intermittent issue I was having. They spent several hours of the course of two days troubleshooting and trying to replicate the issue. They were unable to replicate the issue I was having and their conclusion was that culprit could have been bad gasoline. They also informed me that my brakes were just fine, after Tire Kingdom told me that it was "urgent" that they be replaced. They refused to take any money from me for their time. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, you couldn't ask for a better shop than this. I recommend them to everyone I know in the area.

I was recommended to this place by my buddy and it did not disappoint. My previous BMW service was a big dealership that allows seemed to want to sell me a new BMW rather than fix my current ride (328i). But at Quality Driven (off Sawyer rd), Jeremy clearly explained any and all issues along with their severity and recommendations moving forward, serviced my ride, and advised me on how to improve my car's life. I felt like he genuinely cared about my car without charging me an arm and a leg.

Just had my wife’s mini-van transmission rebuilt by these guys. I was very worried when my normal auto shop could not fix the massive transmission fluid leak which was also ruining our driveway. I have been to Complete Auto before for my own car's transmission so when my father's car acted up I sent him to see Ron as well. My Dad has a tendency to ignore problem signs with his car and sometimes it costs him. He drove his car until it just stopped and had to be towed. Ron had his towing service pick up the car and bring it to his shop for inspection and confirmed what I already had guessed. My Dad had melted the inside of his transmission! I would love to say that is was cheap to fix but it wasn't! Due to my Dad's lack of maintenance, it cost him well over $3000 to fix his car. Ron even suggested that the car may not be worth the costly repair but my Dad loves his car and we decided to fix it. Ron's shop did a great job and his car is working great!
