We had the most amazing experience at Miami Ski Nautique and Miguel really took care of us. They made us feel really comfortable, took us out on the water, gave us several options, they were very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. They made us feel really comfortable with our purchase. Even after we got home, we were able to contact Miguel directly, he always was willing to help us and always delivered. We had a remarkable experience.
I did not need a Marine Mechanic till now and looked online for a mob... read more I did not need a Marine Mechanic till now and looked online for a mobile marine mech. I found Carlos Marine Service and made an appointment that same day. Carlos was early for the appointment which is unheard of in Miami. He quickly diagnosed what repairs where needed and ordered repair kits and said he would be back early the next week. He showed up on the day he said he would. I had no problem with him making repairs while I was at work. What a hugh convenience that was to not have to tow boat to a shop or blow a Saturday while he was at my house. He quickly made repairs and kept me posted vis text messages and gave me a bunch of free advice on care and maintenance. I don't mind paying a fair price for services and I know I got a fair price. Now I have a mechanic I trust and would recommend to anyone needing boat repairs. John
